Hidden order
Following an order, it doesn't appear on my account, and no confirmation email. It has been debited from my bank account though. Do you have any idea what I should do next?

Maybe you bought it without going through your eBay account, in which case your purchase won't show up there...

Also check your email spam folder... you might find the receipt for this purchase there.

Thanks for your reply, but none of the links help me, I don't think I bought it on a fake page because on my bank account, it clearly shows Ebay payment.
Thanks again, I'll see how the problem develops, and try to fix it, it won't be easy.

OP3 weeks agoI got a support rep by chat, normally the issue comes from my bank: a rejection of the validation code.

your bank should not have debited/could not have debited your account...
and on the other hand...
the purchase should be marked as unpaid...
but it is nowhere to be seen...
There is something weird in this story..

OP3 weeks agoAnd yet that is indeed the case, I checked on my banking app, and the payment was authorized, and then declined.
The payment therefore remained pending.
A bit strange, I’ll grant you.
