Order not delivered
Summary: laurgho_0 reported a problem with an undelivered order for a Lancia Delta car radio, originally scheduled between June 30 and July 6. Hello, I made a purchase on June 20, 2026 without going through my account, of a car stereo for a Delta Lancia Multijet. I was supposed to receive the order between June 30 and July 6.
As of today, it still says « being prepared » for this order.
I would like to contact the seller to get some information, and it is impossible to reach them.
what can I do to get in touch with them and find out when the order will be delivered?
