Summary: vcp093 expressed frustration about an item ordered before Christmas, which the seller claims to have shipped with an expected delivery date of January 1, but that they still haven’t received. I ordered an item before Christmas. The seller says he shipped it on December 23 with delivery indicated for January 1. Having still not received the item, I contacted the seller, who had not provided a tracking number. He eventually gave me one, but when entered it says unknown number.. so I reported it to the seller, but no response.. and then, miracle, I can access the tracking with the information that the package was delivered today at 6:15 p.m. even though I have received absolutely nothing. I can't contact eBay because the status of my order is listed as delivered. What should I do?
