Order not received, sent from Spain
Hello, I already submitted a claim for an undelivered order (from Spain). Since I haven't had any replies from eBay, I would have liked to know how this works.
All I got was a delaying response from the seller saying he didn't know what was happening once the "border" was crossed and whether there was another carrier taking over.

Check the tracking on this site:
https://parcelsapp.com/
It’s up to you to follow the procedure (if the delivery deadline has passed), and to act within the allotted time:
https://www.ebay.fr/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/obtenir-de-laide-pour-un-objet-qui-nest-pas-arriv?id=4042&st=3&pos=1&query=Obtenir%20de%20l%27aide%20pour%20un%20objet%20qui%20n%27est%20pas%20arriv%C3%A9&intent=objet%20non%20re%C3%A7u&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1135
Kind regards

OP8 months agoThanks but I can’t do a search by parcel number since it was sent from Spain and the only number I have is the order reference!
The seller replied that they can’t do anything, on the pretext that once it crosses the border they don’t know who took the parcel. But it seems to me that there’s no longer any border between Spain and France!
I asked the seller, without much hope, to give me the parcel number.
As for my request to eBay, it remains unanswered for now!

Mentor8 months agoIf the seller does not communicate the tracking number upon departure from Spain (the site I recommended to you will indicate which carrier takes over in France), all that remains is a dispute for non-receipt if the delivery deadline has been exceeded.
"As for my request to eBay, it is still unanswered for now!" = what response are you expecting? the dispute procedure is fully automated (read the previously posted link again)...
