Order not received and refund refused by eBay
Hello everyone
I placed an order in June for a football jersey. First problem, the seller didn’t ship the right jersey. So I had to return it to the sender. But after that, no news. The tracking has been the same since mid-June. I reported this to eBay. They wouldn’t refund me and think my jersey was delivered. What can I do? They closed the dispute.

If your return had been considered delivered by eBay, that would have triggered the refund automatically.
It’s precisely because that wasn’t the case that eBay closed the dispute (for them, your return did not reach the seller).
You can still try contacting eBay, but since they rely on tracking, I’m afraid it won’t come to anything...

OP3 weeks agoIt’s all good, I just contacted them by chat. They refunded me, phew.
