I bought an armchair on September 21, 2024, and the payment ( 2200€) was collected by EBay. I received no proof of shipment from the seller, who has not responded to any of my messages. EBay told me that my order would be delivered on September 30, then to wait until October 5. I asked to cancel my order because I think the seller does not exist. EBay has just told me that the cancellation has been refused. What should I do to get a refund? How do I contact EBay to get my refund?Thanks
