Order not received
I was charged nearly €98 and I have as proof the email from eBay accepting my order!
I don’t know how to go about submitting the claim because the site refuses it! The order concerns a lot of Tupperware
Is there a phone number to contact the dispute department? Or a reliable address?

In the order confirmation, there is a link to do what’s needed in case of a problem with the order.. Use it, because it allows the site to recognize you through it.
Since it seems that you made this purchase before creating your account, this purchase does not appear there, which is normal..
