Paid order that I can't find on eBay
hello,
on February 2, I bought parts located in the USA for my car, and right after the payment when I wanted to see my purchase on my Ebay account, there was nothing, when I wanted to go back to the seller's page, no more page, no more seller, the only trace I have left is from Paypal through which I paid. I don't even have the seller's name on the Paypal invoice.
what can I do ??

1) - by mistake, did you buy without being logged into your account...?

On Paypal, you have the order no. + invoice no. but the info on the seller only gives Ebay SARL...
2) - that you can no longer find your seller is more annoying..
- try to check with Customer Service here----> eBay Customer Service
(best to contact them during office hours and ask to be called back.. )
Otherwise you can also contact an eBay advisor on Facebook.
