order never received impossible to get a refund
good evening I bought 2 headlights for a 208 that I paid 330 euros for and that the seller never sent me I filed a complaint with eBay and they’re telling me to send the headlights back even though I never received them and now it’s impossible to send them a message ?? how can I do this thanks

Apparently you opened a dispute for item not as described instead of a dispute for item not received.
