Order that has been taken back by the seller
Hello, I have an order on the site that arrived at a pickup point near me and I did not receive
any email or SMS notification. Can someone tell me how I can get a refund
for this order. Thanks

And you didn’t bother to check the tracking on the carrier’s website? (between the transit time and the time before it’s made available, there’s still enough time to worry about the delivery of an order...)
Check with the seller: either to pay the shipping again for a new send, or to have them refund the item only (without the shipping), because if an item isn’t picked up the eBay buyer protection doesn’t apply.

OP2 years agoproblem is that I can't find my order ...that's really what
bothers me
it disappeared ...I'm thinking more of fraud ...

package had arrived ...

Mentor2 years agoYou may have placed this order without being logged into your account: check the purchase confirmation email sent by ebay.
