Order not appearing
I ordered refurbished from PNY some time ago.
I can no longer find the details of my order, I had an issue with their card in the meantime and I can’t even contact them through my order summary. I do have an item ID, but that’s all.
I’m not really sure what to do, or how to go about it..

If you bought something "some time ago"... you’ll find the details of your order here---->
https://www.ebay.fr/mye/myebay/purchase (the search can go back as far as 2017)
You need to open the " order details" tab to get the information on the item and possibly its photo if it’s still kept by the site.
You should also be aware that any problem with a purchase can be resolved within the 30 days following receipt... after that it’s "mission impossible", except with contacts outside eBay if the seller is a professional... (their contact details are required on their account, otherwise you can find them on the Net... )
For a purchase that was made without being logged into your account... you can forget about any follow-up on the site..
- all that’s left is contact with the seller if you kept their details...
Find the email used as proof of receipt for your purchase in your emails... and/or spam if it didn’t get lost..
