Order from the United States.
Good evening,
I ordered an item that is in the United States, a Swiss Army knife.
Order placed on November 26, it is supposed to arrive on December 19 and I see on the tracking that it has been stuck since November 30.
How can I know exactly where it is?

If it's stuck in the US... it must be eBay's delivery platform.... and you should have a tracking number... Check here-----> Pitney Bowes Tracking (parcelsapp.com)
If the package left by USPS.... then La Poste will take over with "colissimo"....
You have to wait for it to clear customs and right now, there's a bit of congestion... !
