Since you don’t give the reason for your concern about validating receipt of your shipment.... the answer will only be a lead...
Tracking is enough to validate a delivery... it’s proof that the buyer has received their item.
However, eBay may not show the tracking and therefore the receipt right away.
In case of a problem with the buyer (a dispute for an item not received, for example), you can always confirm the Colissimo number and the receipt date shown on it..
