Hello, I bought a doll in its box and it says that only the box is damaged, it says that the doll is intact. Upon receipt I see that the clothes are stained (which was not visible in the seller's photos). I would like a return but also a refund of the shipping costs (6 euros all the same) and return shipping costs because if I had known about these stains, I would never have bought the doll and these stains are mentioned nowhere. And I suppose the seller will oppose it. What are my options? Thank you
