Hello, I bought a doll in its box and it says that only the box is damaged, it says that the doll is intact. Upon receipt I see that the clothes are stained (which was not visible in the seller's photos). I would like a return but also a refund of the shipping costs (6 euros all the same) and return shipping costs because if I had known about these stains, I would never have bought the doll and these stains are mentioned nowhere. And I suppose the seller will oppose it. What are my options? Thank you

OP2 years agoThank you for your response. My question is mainly about the reimbursement of shipping and return fees? Will they be reimbursed in your opinion?

Mentor2 years agoFor non-compliance and if the seller is in France, they will have to provide you with a return slip, and the refund at the end will correspond to the amount of the initial payment (item + shipping).
