Is there any particular delay due to the current situation?
Are there customs fees?

However, I have already read this article, there is no mention of import in it...
It only says that export is a problem.

Mentor2 years agoWell, if you find an item in Ukraine and manage to buy it, know that customs fees and VAT will be charged ... Also, I imagine the shipping times could be longer ..

That’s one way to see things.... but whether it’s import or export... the transport issues are almost identical, apart from eBay orders... and the estimated delivery times may not be met and could get both seller and buyer into trouble..
