how to get a purchase invoice for a part

My seller is giving me the silent treatment regarding an invoice for a part I bought from him.
seller gl_new_parts . Impossible to put my email in the EBAY discussion box.
Thanks for your help because the invoice is urgent for my accounting.

Your seller is a pro, so his email is clearly listed on his eBay profile (and at the bottom of all his listings).
That way you can send him a direct message from your email inbox: then he’ll have yours.
