How do I dispute the validity of the reason for a return??
I’ve been a big seller on Ebay for years and someone is asking me for a return on the pretext that my listing is badly made.
But no one checks whether the claims are true.
So I’m the one who pays for the return label.
I’m asking for justice.
If anyone has been through the same situation.
I’d appreciate their testimony or even better, the solution.
