How can I ask eBay to stop the automatic "reminders" for items I may have viewed.....

Hello,

eBay automatically sends me "follow-ups" on items I may have viewed.
Either the seller makes me a lower price offer and/or eBay sends me a reminder to inform me that the sale is ending soon.
THESE REMINDERS ARE EXHAUSTING........

If anyone knows how to stop this..
