1. Go to the bottom of our help page 2. Click on => Contact us 3. Then click on => Account 4. And finally => Account impersonation 5. On the login page. Below the message: "Are you new to eBay or do you need help logging in?" Click on => Continue 6. Enter your contact details. 7. You can request a callback or send an email by entering your phone number so you can be called back.
