The participant criticizes eBay’s return process, which seems costly and offers no guarantee of a quick refund. *miss-tigri* suggests that the seller should cover the return shipping costs and recommends asking eBay to intervene to resolve the issue, mentioning the possibility of a partial refund.
Stainless steel 304L threaded rod Ø 5 , 6 , 8 , 10 , 12 , 16 , 20 in 1m length
Item number: [Reference]
the seller sold me items that he did not have.
he put much cheaper items in to fill the package and keep the money.
a stock error is possible, but you don't put cheap items in the package so as not to refund.
your policy is asking me to return cheap items.
On top of having paid 119€ + 10 shipping, I have to redo the package + another 10€ shipping for me and no guarantee of reimbursement.
In addition, this takes weeks and I need the threaded rods.
he's a crook who uses the Ebay policy.
Can you intervene so that he refunds me quickly before I end up with nothing
Kind regards

Mentor2 years agoHello
If you requested a return for an item that doesn’t match the listing, the seller is supposed to cover the return shipping costs..
You need to ask eBay to step in
https://www.ebay.fr/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/renvoyer-un-objet-pour-obtenir-un-remboursement?id=4041&st=3&pos=1&query=Renvoyer%20un%20objet%20pour%20obtenir%20un%20remboursement&intent=Retour&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1134
you won’t get a refund without a return.. At most, the seller may offer you a partial refund.
