On eBay, each seller decides which countries they ship to (or not), as well as which carrier(s) they want to use = so it’s case by case; you need to check the listing details (or even contact the seller before buying if they don’t offer what you want).

Mentor2 years agoYou check the shipping methods offered by the seller in the listing, and you choose when finalizing the transaction ..
Nothing stops you from contacting a seller to negotiate a shipping method that isn't offered.
