I can send you the conversation with the seller if you want and the shipping slip, it's supposedly to make up for the delay, but on my eBay account, the order is marked as completed since he sent a parcel!! So I'm more and more doubtful about the seller
Keep this conversation with the seller, and possibly the shipping slip with the weight on it, if you still have it, and contact customer service to see what steps to follow.

Open a dispute non-conforming item send the item back bottle of alcohol at your expense in Poland with tracking
ask for a refund from your seller
you have 30 days from the latest delivery date
