How do I get a refund by credit card when the person sells you a defective product?
hello, how do I get a refund by credit card, when the person sells you a product that he says is new and which is out of order there isn't even any electricity (Video Tape Cleaner Intervision - VHS Kassettenreinigung - SW-66C ) and I paid 375 euros by credit card, thank you to those who can help me because I don't know how to open a dispute

Mentor2 years agoRefunds follow the reverse path of the payment: so if you paid by card, the funds are returned to your bank account, provided you carefully follow all the steps of the dispute, and do so within the allotted time.
