how to put a single tracking number for 2 orders from the same buyer
hello I had 2 separate orders for the same buyer I sent the 2 orders in the same box and I put the tracking number for the 1st order but for the 2nd order it says tracking number already used how do we do it to put the same tracking number on the 2 orders thanks in advance

Mentor4 months agoIn that case, it shouldn't have been grouped: 1 package and 1 different tracking number PER username.

OP4 months agogood evening, thank you for your reply, I kind of suspected that, but since it had the same name, address and phone number, I grouped it together. Next time I’ll do 2 parcels, but I was able to put in the 2 numbers. I entered the Mondial shipment number, i.e. the 8 digits after that I put all the barcode digits for tracking, it amounts to the same thing. I checked: when you can’t go through the door, you go through the window. thanks again for replying to me because I’m still waiting for eBay to call me, it’s been 6 hours, I think they won’t call anymore, time difference??? have a good weekend 😀😁😀
