How do I edit a seller review?

Hello,
I received a super 8 film projector that doesn't work. This caused me to react in anger, which led me to rate the seller (very) negatively, even though he otherwise refuses returns; as a result, he is now offering me a refund (and a return, at his expense it seems) provided that I change the bad rating I left for him.
But then, how should I proceed? How can I correct it please? Does anyone know? Is there a customer service department that could do it for me?

Still, wait until you’ve received your refund before changing the feedback, because you won’t be able to change it afterward
Make a return request according to the rules and within the time limit

OP2 years agoThanks @max2661953 . I don't understand a thing! Does the action have to be initiated first by the seller? Because nothing appears in my evaluation profile that would let me change anything. Only the ratings given to me as a buyer by sellers appear, and if I understand correctly, the new thing is that I can reply.

Yes, it’s up to the seller to send you a request to revise the evaluation. Tell them.
