How can I get a Packlink refund (parcel not delivered to the recipient) for an order placed through eBay?
On 03/13, I sent a package via Packlink through Ebay. This package was not delivered to the recipient and was mistakenly returned to me. How can I get a refund for this shipment? It's a real headache. Thank you for your help. Best regards. Patrick
