I can't manage to write the message that would let me ask the seller of an auction item for technical information. There is indeed, in several places throughout the purchase request process, the idea of "contact the seller", but you end up on a box on the right where you have the seller's name and information about the item. Then there is a text: "never exchange contact details to make a purchase or sale outside of ebay..... " Then at the bottom of this box, you have the mention "send the message" twice, but you have no way to write the text of your message. You don't have control... try it and you'll see.... I am really disappointed by the deterioration of your services because you should know that I have been a "customer" since 2003 with around 550 successful transactions. This is the third time I have intervened without any result because I still can't contact my potential seller. It's sad. phiphidinky.
