How can I send it as a tracked letter?

Hello,

The Pack Link shipping platform only offers shipping via Colissimo, even though it is much cheaper to send by tracked letter. (It’s a matter of sending back a 2-page brochure).

Do we have to use this platform for shipments?

"Do we have to go through this platform for shipments? " = no, you can frank directly with the carrier; you just need to manually enter the tracking number on the eBay order.

However, please note: tracked letter mail does not offer any carrier insurance in case of loss or damage.
