how do I get my order back

I don't understand why you're saying my order has been returned to the seller. I would like to pick it up. How do I do that? I was supposed to be away, as was the caretaker.....

Can it be left for me at a pickup point? It will be safer. Thank you

If the parcel has been sent back, you'll need to contact the seller and pay for a new shipment..

Have you contacted the carrier to see if a new delivery was possible?
