How can I tell if the seller is active?

Hello,
I wanted to know how to tell if a seller is still active.
I sent a message to this seller to get more information about the item they’re selling, but I didn’t get a response, and then I made an offer, but got no response there either.
Can you help me

Without knowing whether your seller is French or foreign... this will be a "riddle-style answer" ...

Assuming that no human has their nose glued to their screen 24/7...

- they may reply a few hours late...

- If it's a foreign seller, they may also have trouble with the language, in which case they'd rather stay quiet than say nonsense... and then don't forget the time difference...

There may also be other cases.... like not being interested in your message/request because of a lack of ratings (1)
