How does a seller issue a refund for an item that was paid for but never received

Hello thanks for a reply...Since then this seller no longer responds to my messages and doesn't tell me how he could have issued a refund that I clearly haven't received for 3 months!

Why wait so long?

You had 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a dispute on eBay to make sure you got a refund... so 3 months is way too late.

if paid by PayPal, check with them (dispute period 180 days from payment date).

Hello,

did you open a dispute for an item not received?

If your purchase was made 3 months ago, it’s a bit late to ask for a refund!

You need to find your purchase in your purchase history by unchecking the “hidden items” box.

With the transaction number, contact eBay by going through “help” at the bottom of this page, “contact us”.

If you paid by Paypal, open a dispute on the site.

I don't know how to report it to eBay since this item disappeared to do it ..
