I’m surprised by the procedure, by eBay’s process. An e-commerce platform must protect its sellers; that’s what keeps it going. Fees are useless, except to drive its suppliers to other distributors that exist, like **bleep**. I use eBay less often than I used to, so I wasn’t aware of this procedure. I had a feeling something was off because your rating is outstanding, five out of five. So I’m sorry for my clumsiness and ask you to excuse me. In your evaluation, you mention fees of €15 that the seller supposedly had to pay (fees for what?) following your cancellation “within a minute of the purchase” (an ordering mistake on your part).

I think it would be worth clarifying exactly what you mean by “cancellation,” because an “official” cancellation request approved by the seller does not incur any fees for them...
