Commission on the final reimbursement price
The buyer asked to cancel the order because he chose hand delivery instead of normal delivery. I'm cancelling the order and eBay withholds fees :Final value fee Variable percentage: 25.35 euros. Instead of receiving 250.00, he received 224.65. How does that make sense?
