Account blocked in the year 2021 after identity verification...
Hello, Ebay is asking me to verify my identity; I register a new email address + a new password, Ebay verifies it by sending a code to my mobile, everything goes well and is taken into account, but when I log back in, I see that I’m blocked at 2021 at the latest, I can’t view my order that’s currently being delivered.... Why ??? Thanks!

Only customer service has a view of your account: check with them...

OP9 months agoThanks! I managed to go back to the previous version of Ebay by using my old login details so I could track my current parcel, then once I received it, I went back to the latest version with the new login details (this version stopped at 2021); in the end that doesn't bother me for buying, I tried yesterday and it worked (but I can no longer see activity from 2021 to yesterday). So I'll leave it at that.
