since yesterday Ebay has been blocking my attempts to buy, or to contact sellers, claiming that "my account may have been hijacked"... I changed my password by providing a code, Ebay says it's all good, everything is verified, but it's still blocked... and impossible to reach them by phone.
Thanks for your help, I've never seen this in the 20 years I've been on there!

OP1 year agoI ended up writing a message to Ebay, and I was finally contacted back by phone the next day, so the features on my account were able to be restored.

OP1 year agoThanks for your reply, that's what I did.
Unfortunately, I get:
"This contact method is not available for this section. Please select another contact method."
So I wrote an email... while ticking the box to receive a copy of it.
Not off to a good start, I didn't receive it...
