Summary: rocr_7 ran into a problem while trying to return an item they ordered on eBay because their account is blocked. Although they have until March 27 to make the return and created another account, they can’t proceed. koalagris advised contacting eBay customer service to resolve the account blockage.

I haven't used my eBay account in a long time but 15 days ago I ordered a bicycle chainring that I paid for with PayPal, but due to a mistake on my part, I would like to return this item! I completed the required steps, I received the return number, I have until March 27 to send it back! except that it is impossible to return it because, for some reason I find myself with my account blocked! I know that the seller was away until 03/15/2024, but I can no longer do anything! thank you for your advice; I should mention that this morning I opened another account with another email address and key!
