Account blocked because I can't upload a photo of my passport
hello, I just sold an item, but for that I can't manage to update the requested information, that is to say the photocopy of my passport, also can I still ship the package, and does ebay keep this money while I update the information on my account thank you, I'm lost it's the first time I've sold on ebay

check with customer service about the issue with your account.
If you have been paid, you must send the parcel .
Your money will be held pdt for approx. 21 days as a new seller .
