Hi, it’s been two months now that my account has been blocked because of verification. I was asked for a document called the beneficial owners register. I sent the one from the court registry and then the one from INPI, and I’ve had 20 different people on the phone at eBay but nobody knows what to do. They promise to call me back and never do, or they let it ring once so it’s impossible to answer in time. I really don’t know what to do, especially since I have money blocked. Is there any way to speak to people in France at eBay? Or a manager? Thanks for your help, it’s been two months and I’m really fed up

Try contacting eBay staff on Facebook...

you might have a better chance of coming across someone who could help you out..
