CB account
Hello, CB account theft, I’m waiting for my new CB around October 30/31.
I’m a seller, I sell with listings posted on Ebay, but I don’t know how to let potential buyers know that there may be a delay or not. Thank you for replying if you can. Thanks again

Don’t confuse a bank card with a bank account...
I don’t see how a new bank card ("I’m waiting for my new card") should cause a delay for your buyers, since eBay pays sales proceeds directly into your bank account (so changing your card has no impact on the selling process). Shipping should be done as soon as the site confirms that the buyer has paid, regardless of the payout of the funds, which only happens afterward.
On the other hand, if you were changing bank accounts, you’d need to update it on eBay (but again, your buyers shouldn’t have to suffer because of it):
