Account debited but payment refused
Hello,
I made a first payment with my card. I was debited the correct amount but the site informed me that I didn't have enough funds. I had to use another card. What should I do to get a refund?

The payment should be automatically cancelled within 24h: if that’s not the case, you’ll need to contact customer service
