- you need to plan on a different email address, username, and browser for each additional account.
However...
- if one of the accounts is in trouble/restricted.... the other accounts are also affected and it is forbidden to create new accounts to bypass a restriction.

It seems to me that these are two usernames, two email addresses, and two different bank accounts.
