eBay account on mobile not updated
Hello,
The eBay app on mobile doesn’t update on my transactions: for example, a purchase paid for several days ago on PC is still showing as awaiting payment on my phone! Thanks for any help.

try uninstalling and then reinstalling the mobile app.
If that doesn’t solve the problem, contact customer service.
