I switched my account to pro, but why are my products displayed as ‘neuf-particulier’ instead of pro? And how can I change it?

I just looked at your account...
unless I’m mistaken... it’s still considered a "personal" account.
If you say you’ve switched this account to a "pro" account... you must have done everything requested here------>

because right now it’s only a "buyer" account that hasn’t been active for a long time...
Buyer feedback being worthless since it has to be green no matter the buyer’s behavior... why not open an account dedicated to your profession.. ?
all you need is a new username.. new email address and another browser.
