Hello, My account was restricted for no reason, I received an email asking me for the tracking number for all my sales even though all my shipments were made through eBay's platform...Even though I have been selling for years and have never had a problem, only glowing reviews, happy customers....I reply to the email and provide all the tracking numbers.Replying to each of their requests, but I ended up no longer getting any response or dealing with another person asking me for the same information again. This went on for several weeks, with money blocked from my previous sales.One person who had won one of my sales (auction) made the payment in the meantime.I told him about the problem, saying that I couldn't ship it, that I was waiting for the restrictions to be lifted, he opened a dispute asking that they be removed. But eBay, instead of honoring the request, canceled the sale... Making me pay the selling fees--'When I call eBay support, they completely don't care...Refusing to refund me the selling fees and to give me the money from my latest sale (no dispute, item received in good order...)Does anyone have a solution?
