Account suspended for no reason?

Hello, I created an eBay account years ago; I’ve hardly ever used it, I don’t think I’ve made any purchases.
Today I need to buy something on eBay, so I log in to it, but unfortunately it’s an old phone number to sign in with, so it’s impossible.

So I decide to send an email to support, except that there you need an account (and there’s no other way to contact them), so I create a new account (this one) and I see that I receive an email on my other address linked to my original main account, "Your account has been suspended because it poses a risk to eBay and its community"

I don’t understand, nobody helps me and nobody responds by email or by phone.

A bit disappointed, I didn’t think eBay was so closed off and indifferent with its customers.
