Hello, thank you for your reply, but I signed up on eBay.fr because eBay Switzerland is only in German?? I’d like to know whether I can recover the VAT I already paid and not have to pay again in Switzerland, do you understand? Thanks RF
Your ebay account is NOT registered on ebay France, but on ebay Switzerland, it is clearly indicated on your profile, and ebay Switzerland is indeed only in German.
So the page posted is appropriate, as is the contact link to your customer service all the way at the bottom of that page.

Registered in Switzerland: you are subject to ebay.ch (not ebay.fr)
