Delivery confirmation for hand-delivery sent
Following an in-person handoff sale sent at the buyer's request, how is it possible to confirm delivery since the buyer is not responding to provide me with the validation QR code?

You shouldn’t have sent the item but cancelled the transaction and redone it with the corresponding shipping method. Contact customer service.

The QR code scan is done at the time of the in-person exchange, thus proving that the delivery was indeed made....
you need to agree on the meeting place and time.
If you get no response from them after a week, you can always cancel the transaction due to no news from your buyer.
