Hand delivery has always been practiced, with payment in cash, to the great satisfaction of those involved. Now things are being made considerably more complicated where there is no need for it. And this new procedure obviously assumes that both the seller and the buyer have a smartphone with an internet plan. That is not the case for everyone, because that plan costs money, which you can do without just fine when you already have internet at home.
