Hello, a seller keeps insisting for 3 months now (+3 months) on not refunding me for an item paid by cheque, then making me believe they had sent it, probably to buy time, and then never replying!! deletes all my messages left on another item for sale!
How do I report this to eBay!? This person should no longer be allowed to sell on this site to rob people!! What a disgrace!!🤮😈🤬

I’m discovering your message now!! "Well kept, etc.." as if I were the guilty one, with things to hide!!🤣 You see all kinds of things here!! I said it pretty quickly, since I left X messages with details, which you probably didn’t read...I paid most of my sellers (pretty big amounts, too!) by check, which I explained the reason for!) Nobody ever told me that this was forbidden and risky (I’ve even seen sellers who list payment/by check or cash when handing over the items!!). Then these items I bought are all marked to me as paid/sold, on my account!! So eBay can clearly see that I didn’t pay through the site, and therefore cash in something, right!?? I’ve never been given a warning/notice by anyone to this day!!! So what, eBay, are you backwards, is there a double standard that was hidden from me?? Am I the thief, when the withdrawals are made from my account, and I don’t get the item I bought in return!??? 🙃🥴
Meanwhile eBay (and its robot) doesn’t respond to my complaints, only “reviewing” them x times: in other words, turning a deaf ear...Like this filthy seller does here, who only pops up occasionally, with few items, from whom this was my first purchase of a necklace, a little scam lure, which shouldn’t even exist!! Despite everything I’ve been able to write to her, she doesn’t seem to fear anything or anyone, with such obvious contempt for other people!! 💩🤮
And she’s being proven right since her profile is still there!!!🤮
It only lowers the site’s standards, increases distrust toward sellers... and as for me, it means limited purchases, stopped altogether, at least from unusual sellers, and for a one-off purchase!

On this user forum you didn’t specify that the payment was by cheque when you posted on 12/10, so the replies given were not applicable to your situation.

By what miracle could I have had access to your exchanges with customer support ? 🙄

Hi, thanks for your reply! It’s true that I haven’t found the solution so that my payments can be recorded on the site ...!! By the time I got my code sent to me, I was often disconnected from the site and it often messed up, even though I was sometimes able to get in!! So I gave up on that system, asking sellers to accept payment by cheque, and there were only a few who objected, always sending me the items, except for this one! I did this in all good faith, then, and with good amounts too, never thinking I was harming anyone!
Other than me in the end, I can see, this time!!!🥴 by falling for it, thinking (not having yet run into any major problems), that filthy con artist, who doesn’t seem afraid of anything or anyone!! who really took me for a ride, without the slightest remorse!!! And
the height of it, still registered here!!!💩🤮 despite complaints to eBay and its robot that “reviews”, without taking sides...
All the items show up on my account as sold/paid, when my cheque has been cashed by the sellers... accessible to eBay, I thought!!?? And no one ever found anything to complain about!🙃 As for a complaint for defamation, she’ll have to prove that my allegations are false, and that she has the right to steal from others, I think...
I’m rather the one who should file a complaint for breach of trust, aggravated, moreover on a sales site, since it is in direct contact with a large public, potential victims who are more manipulable and accessible!
