Hello, I’m not sure where to post this, I need your advice and your experience with purchases in the USA
I bought an LG Gram computer in the USA, it has ideal specs for my particular case and I couldn’t resist the offer
Order date: 19 Oct. 2024 and the tracking tells me this:
Estimated delivery date Tuesday 12 Nov.
- Who should I contact to find out which carrier will deliver it to me in France and within what time frame and with what fees: USPS or eBAY?
- How do I reach them? especially if I am forced to change the delivery location
Help! this was supposed to be my birthday gift yesterday for my move up to version 61 … 🎂

OP1 year agoUSPS gives the same tracking with delivery waiting until the next business day
I wrote to Chronopost, because according to them the parcel is in Hawaii …

OP1 year agoI preferred to follow eBay's instructions, but I'll do it tomorrow, eBay said to wait until the 19th for them to step in
the package route is still weird though …

OP1 year agoI had understood thanks to Google Translate (never learned English), but that's not quite my address in France. Or is it the transport company responsible for sending it to France?

If the estimated delivery date is 12/11/2024 then wait, the package will be delivered to the address indicated on eBay,
Contact eBay for what > eBay is the intermediary between you and the seller so it doesn't know any more than you do
You can try contacting UPS; as for the fees, I think you have already paid the VAT and customs fees
